Junior Advanced open water diver

Scuba Review or refresher
Course overview: You feel your diving skills are a little rusty - take the time to review them with one of Reef, skilled instructors. This activity includes a short session in the pool to refresh some basic skills, a quick review of diving theory and then a dive on the reef accompanied by your instructor or a dive master.

EFR (Emergency First Response)
Course overview:

Emergency First Response is designed for use by the lay-person, the non-designated, non-duties, Voluntary "Good Samaritan."

Emergency First Response gives you the tools you need to perform CPR and First Aid.
Whether you're a diver or a non-diver, Emergency First Response prepares you to properly handle potentially life-threatening situations.
The comprehensive program is composed of two core modules that can be taught in tandem or as stand

Minimum age: Any age
Prerequisites: Emergency First Response is designed for use by the lay-person, the non-designated, non-duties, voluntary "Good Samaritan."
This course is for students seeking CPR/first aid training to meet a diving course requirement, for personal enhancement, or as part of a community service activity. This course is not designed for the student who seeks CPR/first aid training to meet workplace requirements.

Rescue diver
Course overview:

The PADI Rescue Diver Course is the first point in your diver training when we start to focus your attention on how to assist others and how to prevent and handle diving emergencies.
During this three day course we will provide you with detailed academic presentations and in depth training of Rescue Diving Techniques.
During the course the following theory topics and water skills will be covered:

1. Self rescue and diver stress
2. Diving first Aid
3. Emergency management
4. Equipment considerations

Water Skills:
1. Swimming & non swimming assists
2. Panicked-diver responses
3. Underwater problems
4. Missing diver procedures
5. Surfacing the unconscious diver
6. In water artificial respiration
7. Equipment removal during artificial respiration
8. Egress and emergency first aid for diving accidents

required certificate : PADI Advanced Open water Diver or Equivelant

Minimum age: Be 15 years of age or older to start this course

Prerequest:

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent.
(Equivalent=certification beyond entry level with at least 20 logged dives showing experience in night, deep and navigation) .
Before the start of the course you must have completed a sanctioned course in CPR within the last 24 months (PADI Emergency First Response will meet this requirement).

Dive Master
prerequisites You will need to be at least 18 years old to start the course have at least 20 logged dives and already be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent with CPR & First Aid. You will need to have logged 60 dives to finish the course and apply for Dive master membership.

required certificate : PADI Advanced open water Diver and rescue diver or equivelant.
